Shipping Costs: We will now offer free shipping in the USA on any order exceeding a minimum of $100.00. Items will be mailed by priority mail. Free shipping will be credited on the checkout page once the $100.00 minimum is met. If you want items quicker, we will charge extra. Orders less then $100..00 will continue to be charged the normal rate and will be shipped by priority mail and calculated automatically at checkout. Backordered items are shipped by 1st class mail. Note: Free shipping will be credited when we process your orders. The checkout page will show a credit of $10.00 once the minimum is reached. Handling fees will continue to be charged. As the credit card companies do not give us a break.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout page. . Minimum cost is $5.00 plus 5% of sub total of order. Example a $50.00 order would be charged $5.00 plus $2.50= $7.50 for shipping costs. Orders in the United States are shipped by USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and if needed insurance.

We will work with you if you want a package shipped Express mail, Fed-Ex or UPS. Cost will be what we have to pay for shipping. Please let us know on the checkout page, call or email with specific shipping instructions.

We do make exceptions on shipping costs for large orders. Please remember that our suppliers do charge us shipping.

Overseas shipping: Yes we do ship overseas. We usually ship orders by global express or global priority mail.. We only charge the actual cost of shipping. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package. It is very difficult for us to estimate shipping costs for overseas customers until the package is complete and weighed. If there are any other costs associated with shipping products overseas we only charge the actual cost.

Handling Fees: Handing fees are the fees we are charged with processing credit cards. Because we are a business that offers internet and mail order the credit card companies charge us more for processing credit cards. Any business that accepts credit cards are charged a percentage of each sale by the credit card companies for processing the sale. We charge a 4% fee for credit card sales. Again we do not make any money on handling fees. This is what we are charged. I am trying to figure out how to accept Pay Pal on our check out page.

Handling fees are waved for cash, cashiers checks, money orders, bank transfers and very good checks.

Discounts: We are a small retail business, we purchase from 30 different manufactures and/or distributors. We purchase at wholesale prices, thus we cannot offer wholesale prices on items, unless we order very large quantities . If you want guide discounts or wholesale prices, be prepared to order large quantities of items. We will work with customers when we can.
